Check your POS Pro licences
You can check how many licences you have and which devices they’re associated with via the back office.
Open the back office either via a web browser or the POS Pro app.
Expand the "Settings" menu in the left navigation bar and select "Devices".
Here you can see your existing licensed devices. Disconnect any unnecessary devices to open the option to add a new one when you log in from that device.
Change my subscription
Contact us to make changes to your subscription and add licences. Licences cannot be removed before the end of their contracted period.
