Replace printer rolls
Your SumUp Terminal comes with two paper rolls (one is preloaded and ready for use).
To replace the paper roll:
Open the paper compartment at the back of the device.
Replace the old paper roll with the new one, ensuring the paper unrolls with the end facing down.
Close the paper compartment by putting the lid back.
I need more paper rolls
When you run out of paper, ensure you purchase thermal paper rolls that are 57 mm by 40 mm to continue using your SumUp Terminal’s built-in printer.
