Access your SumUp Bookings metrics

  1. On your SumUp profile, click "Home" in the left navigation panel.

  2. Select "Bookings".

  3. Select the "Totals" tab at the top of the screen.

  4. Click the date selector.

  5. Select the time periods you want to compare and click "Apply".

The Totals tab provides a comparison of your SumUp Bookings metrics between two time periods of your choice.

Available metrics

  • Total bookings revenue: Provides a visual comparison of your current period's sales volume against the previous period.

  • Accepted appointments: Displays a comparison of the number of appointments against the previous period. You can toggle between accepted and cancelled appointments using the dropdown arrow.

  • Rescheduled appointments: Shows the number of rescheduled appointments.

  • No-show appointments: Shows the number of no-show appointments.

  • Service performance: Shows the services that customers booked most frequently, excluding no-shows and cancelled appointments.

  • Customers: Shows the number of unique customers who booked an appointment in the selected timeframe.

  • Top 10 customers: Shows your top ten customers sorted by either their spending or number of appointments in the selected timeframe.
