Cancel my card
You can cancel your SumUp Card from the app or the dashboard.
However, cards linked to Business Account Plus sub-balances can only be cancelled from the SumUp app.
On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.
Click "Card".
In the "Manage card" box, click "More" and choose "Cancel card".
Check the cancellation terms and click "Next".
Select the reason you're cancelling your card.
Enter your password to confirm the cancellation and click "Cancel card".
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
You can also transfer money out of your Business Account and close your Business Account if you no longer need it.
You won't be able to order a new card for a period after cancelling. For lost or stolen cards, use the replacement flow to replace your SumUp Card.
