How does the Terminal work?

The SumUp Terminal integrates SumUp app features with a card reader. It is also equipped with free mobile data, Bluetooth, and WI-Fi connectivity, along with an in-built printer and camera. 

This means you can complete your customer’s buying cycle with just one device, enabling you to: 

  • Place orders using your item catalogue

  • Accept any payment method (cash, card, and Payment Links)

  • Manage your staff by assigning tasks

  • Improve security as your employees use their employee profiles

Can I connect more than one SumUp Terminals to my SumUp profile?

Multiple SumUp Terminals and other card readers can be connected to your Business Account, enabling you to process multiple payments and orders simultaneously.

What’s included in the box?

The SumUp Terminal comes with a USB-C charging cable, an adapter, a card acceptance sticker, a user guide, and a safety information booklet. In addition, you will find two paper rolls for the printer (one pre-installed and one extra).
