Add a shipping option
Configure destination countries, set delivery timeframes, and define shipping costs based on location. Customers can select shipping at checkout and receive their orders wherever you choose to deliver.
On your SumUp profile, select the "Online Store" tab in the left navigation panel.
Select "Settings" followed by "Shipping and Pickup".
Click "Add shipping method".
Name your shipping method and click "Add location" and select the countries you deliver to. Hit "Save" to confirm.
Set a shipping fee. You can also offer free shipping for customers who spend over a certain amount.
Add any extra information, such as shipping time and notification methods. This information will also be available in the confirmation email.
Tap "Save" to confirm.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
You can edit your customer notification settings to manage how your customers are informed of the status of their order.
Add a local delivery option
Offer delivery services to customers in your area through your Online Store. Set your delivery zones, fees, and timeframes. Customers enter their address at checkout, and the system automatically checks if delivery is available and calculates any applicable fees.
On your SumUp profile, select the "Online Store" tab in the left navigation panel.
Select "Settings" followed by "Shipping and Pickup".
Click "Add local delivery".
Name your delivery option.
Type a postcode you want to deliver under "Delivery zone" and press "Enter" on your keyboard. You can add multiple postcodes.
Set a delivery fee for this zone. You can also offer free delivery for customers who spend over a certain amount.
Add any extra information, such as minimum order amount, delivery schedule and earliest and latest delivery dates.
Tap "Save and continue" to confirm.
Alternatively, set up collection methods so your customers can pick up their items instead.
