Access your sales summary

  1. On your SumUp profile, click on the "Home" tab in the left-hand panel.

  2. Select “Sales summary”.

  3. Under “Sales summary”, choose the time period you want to be displayed.

If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.

What metrics are available?

The Sales & Revenue chart displays your sales performance over a period of time. Using data from your transactions, it provides a visual comparison of your current period's sales volume against the previous period. 

The total sales amount includes tips and taxes, with discounts, refunds, and chargebacks already deducted.

Trends identifies your biggest sales amount increase and decrease compared to the previous period, helping you quickly spot significant changes in your business performance.

The number of sales, which can be found under the sales total, gives the count of all successful sales.

Average amount shows the average value per sale by dividing your sales total by the number of sales.

Card payments provides the percentage of transactions paid using cards over the selected period.

Refund amount shows the total amount refunded.

The number of refunds, which can be found under the refund amount, gives the count of both partial or total refunds performed.

The last payout displays the date and amount of your most recent payout. 

You can access all your passed payouts by clicking on “Go to Payouts”.

Last payout fees shows the total amount of transaction fees charged in the last payout and the date.

Receivable Balance shows the amount that remains to be paid out to you once all pending transactions are processed and fees have been applied.

Average items per sale shows how many products you typically sell in each transaction, calculated by dividing your total items sold by the number of sales.

Best-selling items displays your top-performing products ranked by total sales amount during the selected time period.

Online store shows the total revenue generated via your online store sales with a comparison to the previous period.

Invoices shows the total revenue generated via your invoice sales with a comparison to the previous period.
