Invoices settings and details

Every invoice created via SumUp includes standard business details (e.g., your first and last name, business phone number, address, …). Some of these fields can be updated directly through the web browser.

What information can be edited?

  • The "Address (Line 1)" and "Address (Line 2)"

  • The "Email"

  • The "Business phone"

  • The "Website"The "Company registration number"

  • The "VAT ID"

  • The "Tax number"

  • The "District court"

How to edit business details from the invoices

  1. From the dashboard, select the "Invoices" tab from the left-hand menu, then "Settings". 

  2. On the "Settings" page, click "Business Details".

  3. In the top-right corner of the page, click "Edit".

  4. Update the desired details, then click "Save" to apply the changes.

Will updates affect my main SumUp account details?

Changes made in the invoices details section will not update your SumUp account details and vice versa, as these details only apply to your invoices.
