Preset discounts
Preset discounts are an exclusive feature of POS Plus that lets you create and save the most frequently used discounts for quick access at checkout.
With just 1-2 clicks, these discounts can be applied either to the entire cart or individual items, as a fixed amount or a percentage.

How do presets discount work?
Go to "Items", click "Discounts", and then tap "Create discount".
Enter "Discount name" and "Value", and choose between "Percentage" and "Fixed".
Click "Save".
To edit or delete discounts, click the three dots next to the desired discount, and then select “Edit” or “Delete”, based on your intended action.

Where can I use preset discounts?
Preset discounts are available in the SumUp app (on both tablet and mobile), on POS Lite, the SumUp Terminal, and through the web browser.
Only users with Manager, Admin, or Accountant roles can create, manage, and apply preset discounts. Cashiers and custom roles do not have this permission and can only apply custom discounts.
