Order a SumUp Card
On your SumUp profile, open the "Business Account" tab in the left-hand navigation panel.
Click "Open an account".
Select your delivery address or add a new one, then click "Order".
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
Order additional SumUp Cards
With the Business Account Plus plan, you can order up to 3 additional SumUp Cards, one for each of your sub-balances.
On the SumUp app, tap "Business Account" on the home screen.
Select the sub-balance you'd like to order a card for by using the drop-down menu at the top of your screen.
Click "Card" in the top navigation bar and click "Order now".
You can now choose between a physical or virtual card. If you opt for a physical card, enter your preferred delivery address.
Ensure you enter the correct address to avoid delays in delivery. Once confirmed, your delivery address cannot be amended.
