Which accounting software can I link to my SumUp profile?
Account software integrations are only available as a benefit of POS Plus and Payment Plus.
With these plans, you can link the following software to your SumUp profile:
Upgrade to POS Plus or Payment Plus to unlock accounting software integrations and facilitate your financial management.
Connect your accounting software to your SumUp profile
Log in to your SumUp profile on a web browser.
Go to "Settings".
Click “Accounting software” under "Integrations".
Click "Connect" to initiate the synchronisation.
You will be redirected to Xero's website. Add your credentials and log in to your Xero account.
Allow the connection authorisation window between SumUp and your Xero account. You'll be redirected back to your SumUp profile.
Choose how detailed you want the invoice in Xero to be about your sales:
by summary (amount split by VAT rate),
by item, or
by item category.
Decide which accounts the invoice and the bill should go to.
If you decide to send data per item, you can assign specific accounts for different VAT rates. If you decide to send data per item category, you can assign particular accounts for different categories and tax rates.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
