Cancel transfers
Log in to your SumUp profile on a web browser or the app.
On a web browser, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.
On the app, scroll down and tap "Business Account".
Select "Payments" in the menu.
Select the payment you want to cancel and then click "Cancel this payment".
Hit "Cancel payment" to confirm the cancellation of this payment.
Once sent, you can try to recover a transfer sent by mistake. Payment disputes over missing or damaged goods are handled separately.
