Set up my eat-in or takeaway option

Enable the takeaway option

1. Click on your item settings.

2. Toggle on the “Takeaway” option for one or more items.

3. Once enabled, the order type button will appear in the menu (three dots) on your checkout screen.

Apply a different order type to an order

1. Ensure the “Takeaway” toggle is enabled for one or more items.

2. During checkout, click the three dots in the top-right corner.

3. Select the order type (e.g., eat-in, take-away, pick-up).

4. The system will automatically apply the appropriate price and VAT to the items.

5. The selected order type will be shown on the order ticket for accurate preparation.

Set the correct VAT and prices for takeaway orders

1. Go to your item library.

2. Select the item you want to update.

3. Toggle on “Set different price and VAT for takeaway orders”.

4. Enter the correct takeaway price and VAT rate.
