Activate provisional bills

  1. On the SumUp app, tap the profile symbol in the corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Printer settings".

  3. If you haven’t done so already, connect a printer.

  4. Select the printer you want to print the provisional bills from.

  5. Under “Bills”, you can activate or deactivate the feature by switching the toggle.

Print provisional bills

You can print provisional bills from:

  • The shopping cart, on all devices

  • The open orders page, on tablets, POS Lite and SumUp Terminal

  • The floor plan, on tablets and POS Lite

Tap the “Print bill" button.

You can print as many provisional bills as you want.

Which printers are compatible?

The feature is compatible with all the EPSON, Star, Bixolon and SumUp Terminal printers.
