View, download or send payout reports from the app
On the SumUp app, select "Payouts" on the home screen.
Tap "Reports".
Choose a report type - "Daily payouts", "Monthly payouts", or "Monthly fee invoice".
Choose a date or month under "Report period".
Then tap "View report" to view from the app and download it, or "Send report" to share your payout report.
To get your payout reports sent directly to your email daily or monthly, simply toggle the tabs under "Email preferences". It's that easy!
Download or send payout reports from a web browser
On your SumUp profile, ensure you're on the “Home” tab in the left navigation panel.
Choose "Download center".
Hover over "Payouts" and click on the download button.
Choose between daily or monthly payout reports.
Select the time period you wish your report to cover.
Choose "Export file" to download your report as a PDF.
Click "Export file" to confirm the download.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
You can also check the status of your payouts on your SumUp profile or app.
Daily reports are only available for past dates, not the current day. Select the date of the payout, not the transaction date or date money reached your bank.
