How can I personalise my invoices?

As an Invoices Plus user, you can fully customise your invoices to reflect your business brand. Choose your preferred colour scheme, font style, and the details you want to show and select from 14 available languages.

I am a standard user for SumUp Invoices. Can I customise my invoices?

To access the customisation features, you need to upgrade to Invoices Plus. With the standard plan, you can only change your company logo.

Customise the layout of my invoices

  1. From the SumUp app home screen, click the “Invoices” block, then tap “Invoices”. 

  2. Click “Create” and “Invoice” or tap an existing invoice. 

  3. Tap the three dots and then click “Edit”. 

  4. Tap again the three dots at the top of the screen. 

  5. Next, click “Customise invoice”. 

  6. Select your preferred invoice template and start customising it. 

  7. In the “Colours & Font”, you can choose the scheme colour and the font type.

  8. When you finish customising your invoice, click “Save”. 

If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.

Remember that invoice customisation is one of the Invoices Plus features. If you haven't signed up for this plan, you will not be able to save any of the changes you have made.
