This can be done from the app or the dashboard.
However, cards linked to Business Account Plus sub-balances can only be temporarily blocked from the SumUp app.
Block your SumUp Card
On your SumUp profile, click on the "Business Account" tab in the left-hand menu.
Select "Card" in the top navigation bar.
Move the "Freeze card" toggle to the active position.
Click "Freeze card" to confirm.
For additional security, you can change your PIN at any time.
You can also cancel and replace your SumUp Card if it's irrecoverably lost of damaged.
Unblock your SumUp Card
On your SumUp profile, click on the "Business Account" tab in the left-hand menu.
Click "Card" and then move the "Freeze card" toggle to the inactive position.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
