Troubleshooting steps
Restart your SumUp Kiosk by pressing and holding the power button.
Check the internet connection via the "Operator Menu".
Ensure the iPad is running iOS 17 or higher, as this is required for proper order syncing.
If not, update the iOS software to the latest version.
Open the "Operator Menu" and verify that the Kiosk is connected to the internet.
Then, from the "Operator menu", go to "Update sync" to ensure the SumUp Kiosk is up to date.
If not, update the SumUp Kiosk.
