My card reader does not connect via Bluetooth
From the Kiosk display, access the operator menu by tapping your logo at the top of the screen.
Enter your PIN.
Select “Payment settings”.
Select “Switch to another card reader” to scan for nearby card readers.
Select the correct card reader by comparing the last three digits of the serial number located in the back of your card reader.
Click "Connect".
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
If the connection is not successful, please follow the standard SumUp Air reset steps.
My printer does not connect
Open the menu and select “Printer Settings”.
Ensure both the printer and Kiosk are connected to the same network.
Check that all cables are properly inserted.
Attempt to print a test receipt.
Not all printers are compatible with SumUp. Verify your printer's compatibility and ensure there are no other connection issues.
