How does it work?
Add your payment card to SumUp Local once, and you will automatically earn points or stamps every time you spend with the card linked or pay a payment link via the app at participating businesses. Once you've collected enough, you can redeem them for rewards at SumUp Local merchants.
Additionally, you can opt to receive notifications of special rewards, offers, or campaigns offered by local businesses.
Every payment made with a linked card is listed in the "Transactions" tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap on a transaction to view the receipt for that specific purchase.
How do I redeem my reward?
Show a member of the business your SumUp Local screen displaying your reward eligibility. They’ll tap the “Redeem now” tab on your screen, and they’ll give you your reward to enjoy.
Can I add more than one payment card to my SumUp Local?
Yes. You can add multiple payment cards that you usually use to pay at local stores.
All linked cards to your SumUp Local app are shown in the "Wallet" tab at the bottom of the screen.
To make them easier to identify, recently added cards are displayed with the name of the issuing bank.
What does SumUp Local cost?
Nothing. It’s completely free to use, and there are no fees for any rewards you redeem.
How do I sign up?
Download the SumUp Local app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. Alternatively, scan the QR code if a local business has it displayed, and follow the setup instructions to get you started.
