Check my Plus plan details
Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser and open the profile menu in the top-right corner.
Click “Settings”.
Select "Plans", under “Fees & subscriptions".
In the "Active" section, find your current plan. There, you will see the trial end date or your plan's next renewal date.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
Cancel my Plus plan
Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser and open the profile menu symbol in the top-right corner.
Go to "Settings".
Click "Plans", under "Fees & subscriptions".
Next, select the active plan you would like to cancel and click "Cancel plan".
To cancel your POS Plus plan, please reach out to our Customer Support. After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy the benefits until the end of the 12-month contract.
