How does it work?
By monitoring the ROI and performance of your campaigns, you have helpful insights to fine-tune your loyalty schemes and rewards.
From the web browser, click "Loyalty" on the left-hand side.
On the "Overview" section, start exploring reports that display daily, weekly, or monthly metrics for:
"Visits and signups"
"Total members", "Stamps given", and "Reward redemptions" on the right side of the screen.
"Reward redemptions"
"Member revenue"
"Members you won back" and "Recent activity".
The reports available reflect the sales that were made using the linked card to your customers’ SumUp Local profile.
Check your Loyalty members
Check a list of costumers who have joined your loyalty program, along with the number of stamps and points they have earned.
From the web browser, click “Customers”.
Enable the “Loyalty members only” toggle.
