QR Order and Pay connections
From the “Connections” page of the QR Order and Pay store setup, under the “KDS” section, enable the “Enable KDS” toggle to connect to your Kitchen Display System device.
Next, you can also enable the "Enable Refunds" toggle to support rejecting orders from the KDS or if your store is closed.
What is a Kitchen Display System (KDS)?
A Kitchen Display System (KDS) displays incoming orders from your POS as digital tickets, allowing kitchen staff to manage and prepare them efficiently, sorted by order time.
