Check your membership details

  1. Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser, click the profile menu in the top right corner.

  2. Click “Settings”.

  3. Select "Plans", under "Fees & subscriptions".

  4. Click "SumUp One" to see your current billing cycle and when your next payments will be taken.

Click "Cancel membership" to end your SumUp One membership after the completion of your current cycle. You’ll keep your benefits until this cycle ends.

If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.

Can I reactivate SumUp One after cancelling my membership?

After cancelling your SumUp One membership, it will not be possible to reactivate it. If you change your mind, sign up for Payments Plus to enjoy reduced fees, discounted card readers, and more.
