Start using QR Order and Pay 

  1. From the web browser, click “QR Order and Pay” in the left-hand side menu of the screen. 

  2. Click “Get Started” and then click “Get started” again to start the 4 required setup steps.

  3. When prompted with “Are you using POS Pro?”: 

    • Click “No, please continue” to proceed with the setup if you are not integrating with POS Pro.

    • Click “Join waitlist”, if you want to integrate with POS Pro 

  4. Enter your business details, such as your “Name”, “Description”, “Business name”, and “Location name”.

  5. Then, click “Create”.  

Once these steps are completed, a unique URL will be generated for your store. Customers can use this link to browse your menu, place orders, and proceed with the payment. 

If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.

Additional configuration required

Configure the menus you want to display on your QR Order and Pay store. Choose between a fixed menu or schedule different menus for specific days and times.  

Customise your order preferences, including order types (e.g. eat-in or takeaway), table and pickup locations settings, and tipping options. 

Brand your QR Code and Pay with a consistent, professional look by customising logos, colours, footer text, and additional store information.

Integrate your QR Order and Pay with a Kitchen Display System (KDS), and enable kitchen staff to reject orders directly from the KDS if needed.
