Update your contact info
Log in to your SumUp profile on a web browser or the app.
On a web browser, select the profile symbol in the top right corner.
On the app, go to the homepage and select the profile symbol in the top right corner.
Choose "Login and security".
In the login credentials section, click "Change" next to email option.
Enter your new email address then click "Save and continue".
You'll now be invited to verify these changes. Depending on the security settings enabled on your profile, you will either be asked to:
Enter the verification code sent via SMS to your registered phone number and click "Verify email change", or
Open the SumUp app from your trusted device and confirm using your confirmation PIN or biometric authentication
Next, we'll email a link to your new email address. Click the link to complete the change of email.
Keep your profile secure by updating your password when necessary.
