Order a replacement card
Replacements can be requested from the SumUp app or the dashboard.
However, cards linked to Business Account Plus sub-balances can only be replaced from the SumUp app.
On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.
Click "Card".
In the "Manage card" box, click "More" and choose "Replace card".
Check the conditions of return and click "Next".
Select whether you want to order a virtual card or a physical card.
Select the reason you're replacing your card.
Depending on your choice, you'll be required to:
Physical card: Choose a delivery address or enter a new one then hit "Next"
Virtual card: Set up a PIN then tap "Next"
Click "Confirm and get card" and approve the replacement using your password.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
Lost or stolen cards are cancelled immediately, but you can still use Apple Pay and Google Pay. Expiring cards are only cancelled once you activate the replacement card.
If your card gets swallowed by an ATM, contact the ATM operator first to try retrieving it. If that doesn’t work, you can always order a replacement one.
