Schedule a transfer
On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.
Click "Send money" then select "Scheduled payment".
Choose an existing recipient or click "New recipient".
For new recipients, choose between sending to an individual or a business, enter the requested details and hit "Next". Check the save box to add recipients to your contacts.
Enter the transfer amount and, optionally, a reference.
Select a date for your scheduled payment and choose its frequency:
One time - sent once on the date of your choice
Weekly - sent weekly between your entered start and end dates
Monthly - sent monthly between your entered start and end dates
Check the transfer summary and, if everything's correct, hit "Confirm".
Open the SumUp app on your trusted device and tap "Verify" to approve the transfer using your 5-digit confirmation PIN or biometric authentication.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
You'll receive a reminder of the upcoming scheduled payment a few days before it goes ahead.
You can check upcoming transfer statuses and cancel a payment or series of payments at any time.
Be aware, scheduled and recurring payments are not currently available via the app on Android.
