Multiple calendars benefits

This feature allows you to create and edit multiple calendars, which is especially useful if your business has several employees. With multiple calendars, you can:

  • Personalise each calendar with specific settings and assign it to individual employees

  • Create dedicated calendars for each employee or resource with unique working hours, services, and preferences

  • Allow customers to select their preferred employee when booking an appointment

From your employees' perspective, they will only have access to their own calendars, including appointments and time blocks.

Where are multiple calendars available?

Multiple calendars are available on the SumUp app (iOS and Android), the dashboard, and POS Lite.
