What is the floor plan tool?
The floor plan, available with the POS Plus plan, allows you to create and arrange tables to reflect the actual setup of your location. You can add and remove tables at any time to suit your needs.
Additionally, the tool provides a clear overview of open and active orders, making it easier to manage service and stay on top of order status.

How can I manage my floor plan?
When you activate the POS Plus plan you can make the most of the floor plan management tool, which allows you to:
From your POS Lite or SumUp app, click the profile icon.
Click “Orders”, under the “Checkout” section.
Activate the toggle for the “Floor plan”.
Upon activation, you will have access to a new configuration page where you can set up your floor layout.
If you don’t have permission to perform this action, please reach out to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile for support.
Can I manage orders from the floor plan?
By selecting a specific table, you can create an order, edit it, and proceed to checkout.
The floor plan is available with the POS Plus and can be managed directly from your POS Lite device or the SumUp app on both iOS and Android.
