Get started with POS Lite

  1. Use the included power adaptor and USB-C cable to connect your POS Lite to a power supply. It will automatically power on after a few seconds.

  2. Select your preferred language and choose a Wi-Fi network to connect to. The POS Lite will check for updates and may reboot.

  3. Once your POS Lite reboots, tap "Get started" and log in with your SumUp profile details.

Your POS Lite needs a constant power source to work, so be sure to set it up near a power outlet.

Additional set-up

Add a way to accept card payments with your POS Lite by connecting a card reader.

As a POS Plus user, you can set up a barcode scanner and link it to your SumUp profile. With this tool, you can scan items at checkout and quickly add them to the cart.

Print customer receipts by connecting to a printer to your SumUp POS.

As a POS Plus user, you can connect multiple printers to your SumUp profile and assign a specific role to each one.

Track cash payments and keep your money organised by adding a cash drawer.

Tailor your checkout experience by turning on the open order feature so you can take multiple orders at the same time to keep several tabs running at once.

You can also set up tipping to let customers show appreciation for a job well done.
